The Kimeze/Langford Memorial FundOn January 16, 2007, Moses Kimeze and Adam Langford were tragically killed in an automobile accident while transporting coffee for The Source Café in eastern Uganda.
Moses Kimeze was a consistent Ugandan leader directing The Source Café with wisdom beyond his years.
Adam Langford was a successful, vibrant and inspiring “dude” caring deeply for the poor and suffering in Africa.
They were an incredible team as they served Ugandans shoulder by shoulder. Moses left behind his wife, three of his own children and a nephew he had adopted (his brother had died of AIDS). Adam left behind his parents, brothers, nephews and numerous friends.
Moses and Adam’s memories remain close to our hearts. Their lives daily inspire us at The Kibo Group. The Kimeze / Langford Memorial Fund remains as a way for individuals to give and for Kibo to continue supporting Ugandan orphans and vulnerable children, including Moses’ children. Since the accident, five orphans have received an education, food and medication when needed through this memorial fund. It is our hope that hundreds of orphaned and vulnerable Ugandan children can be aided through this fund in the coming years. Education expenses often range from $100 - $500 per child per year depending on grade level and quality of school.
In memory of Moses Kimeze and Adam Langford, you can help support Ugandan orphans and vulnerable children here.
